FAQ1. What types of cleaning services do you offer?
Bees Housekeeping providing cleaning for residential and commercial cleaning. Cleaning includes, janitorial services, deep cleaning, move in move out cleaning, monthly maintenance, biweekly cleaning, steaming services, oven cleaning, refrigerator clean, office cleaning, fogging services, and organizing services.
2. Are your cleaning professionals insured and bonded?
Yes we are bonded and insured
3. What cleaning products do you use, and are they eco-friendly?
Some eco friendly products, disinfectants, some pet friendy products
4. How do you determine the pricing for your services?
Some pricing such as deep cleaning is per hour. Reoccuring customers we give a set cost after building that repoure, pricing does vary per job depending on the scope of the job.
5. How do you ensure the safety of my valuables and personal belongings?
We do perform background checks on our contractors, training
6. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We ask to cancel within 3 business days of your booking.
7. How do you handle customer feedback or complaints?
We consider all feedback from our customers and we further investigate to ensure we are providing exceptional service for our clients.
8. What areas do you service?
We service Charlotte and surrounding areas within a 30 mile radius.
9. What are your hours of operation, and can you provide cleaning services outside of regular business hours?
Mon-Friday 7:00 am- 6 pm EST
